Hi! My name is Sara and I work with adult individuals and couples. I view therapy as a rich and collaborative space of self-exploration. Together, we can uncover patterns that no longer serve you and begin to practice more actualized ways of being yourself and relating to others. I approach sessions with a mix of warmth, curiosity, and precision. l draw from existential therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. I believe that the challenges in our lives are shaped by our pasts and our earliest attachment bonds, and that we heal through our relationships and new emotional experiences.
