I believe that all beings are connected to a deeper wisdom within themselves and that healing occurs in spaces that optimize the potential to access and connect with this inner wisdom. My role as a practitioner is to create the most optimal space possible for this connection through presence, witnessing, reflection, and authentic connection. My approach is primarily developmental, transpersonal, relational, and somatic. I support my clients in cultivating a sense of connection and wholeness, and developing tools for self-regulation and resiliency. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other distress.
