Being a human in this world is weird and complicated. It's a rollercoaster that can be fun and exciting but also difficult for us to stay on through all the twists and turns. I work with you to take your strengths and tackle the rollercoaster together. I strongly believe that therapy is safe, collaborative, supportive, open, honest, caring, challenging and empowering. As a neurodivergent affirming therapist, I'm here to encourage you to stand out in a neurotypical world. I am constantly inspired by the courage and resilience it takes to confront trauma, fear and change. I feel confident in my ability to help you navigate these obstacles, to encourage and support your journey toward a healthier, happier, more confident self.
