My ideal clients are children (ages 5 and up) and families who are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, or the everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming. I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) passionate about helping young people make sense of their feelings, build coping skills, and feel more confident in themselves. I especially enjoy supporting families who want to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and work together toward healthier patterns.
