People come to therapy for so many different reasons. You might be feeling stuck, weighed down, or simply hopeful for a future that’s more livable than what you’re experiencing now. I hope to help you turn towards yourself with greater curiosity, compassion, insight, and accountability. In that space, we find relief from what holds us back and create room for change. I’ve come to this work as a result of my own growth as a person and a parent. Effective therapy demands depth and authenticity, and I love that our work asks that of both client and therapist.
