I believe working through issues can help us manifest the life we want. Whatever struggles we experience, there is opportunity for growth and change, and we are not defined by our past. I use a collaborative process to help my clients navigate what is getting in the way of their goals and living their best life. I treat a variety of issues and needs. This includes: depression, anxiety, relationship and self-esteem problems, mood disorders, trauma, grief, loss, life changes, adjustment, transitions, and individuals and families navigating medical illnesses and end of life care.
