I am passionate about creating a strong sense of self and connection between mind, body, and soul. Focusing on promoting strength, and resilience in my work with individuals who have experienced trauma. Through a client centered, trauma informed lens I create a safe space for children, adolescents, adults, and families, to develop healthy views of themselves and strengthen relationships with acceptance and empathy; helping clients to see the beauty within themselves, overcome life's challenges, and enhance their self-worth. View 4 Photos I implement mindfulness-based, creative (art/play/sand), and client-centered therapeutic approaches. I am also EMDR trained and deeply enjoy helping individuals develop healthy responses to emotional stressors by supporting clients in identifying their strengths and internal/external resources that will help them navigate through traumatic experiences.
