Parenting is hard; I’m here to make it easier. I am a licensed clinician with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in infants, children, adolescents, and their caregivers. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and needs, including those with developmental delays and disabilities, mood and anxiety disorders, substance use concerns, and attachment-related challenges. I bring a warm, clear, and compassionate approach to therapy that supports both caregiver and child. My goal is to help you feel more empowered in your parenting while fostering resilience and emotional well-being in your child. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with a PDA profile, high-masking presentations, and those in the process of exploring their neurotype. Throughout my career, my work has spanned multiple roles— as a child development consultant, parent coach, early intervention provider, and behavioral assistant.
