Welcome! I am a trauma-informed therapist with a Christian worldview. I specialize in working with teenagers, adults, veterans, and first responders. I also work with couples who are confronting the difficult challenges of infidelity and relationship issues. Issues I help clients navigate include: trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, relationship challenges, codependency, men's issues, and social anxiety.
