Welcome, I'm so glad you're here. I am an empathetic compassionate clinician dedicated to supporting individuals and couples embarking on their healing journey. I have extensive experience working with complex trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, ADHD, self harm, survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence, survivors of narcissistic abuse, depression, and anxiety. I believe that there is no "one size fits all" to therapy so I create catered individualized treatment plans to meet each clients needs.
