I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I specialize in addiction and co-occurring disorders including harm reduction, mood disorders, and daily life challenges. Neurodiversity-affirming. I have practiced in a wide variety of settings, including residential, intensive outpatient, and private practice. I use a person-centered humanistic/existential approach including CBT, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to support clients in learning new skills and making the changes they want to make.
