With respect for that courage, as well as with humor, I love to work together with children, young adults, families and adults to take charge of their lives. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I help people learn how to hone their thinking and reactions by helping people look at their patterns of behavior and learn better skills to cope. I have been a NY licensed psychologist as well as a school psychologist for 25 years. I often work with children and teens with anxiety, behavioral issues, school issues, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders, as well as non-binary and transgender children and teens.
