Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest parts of the therapeutic journey, but it is also the step to healing. I enjoy working with teens, adults, couples, and families, who are needing a space to process their thoughts and emotions. I think about issues systemically and how our family dynamics relate to how we think, feel, and behave. I encourage my clients to discuss their challenges, while using a collaborative, experiential, and strength-based approach. My goal is to provide people with the tools and resources to implement healthy changes in their lives.
