Life is a journey that does not always run smoothly. Sometimes we could use a little help on the way. As a psychologist, my role is to help you determine what obstacles block your path, how to navigate them in a way that is authentic to you, and provide support throughout the process. I strive to listen to your concerns in a respectful, mindful, non-judgmental manner. I welcome cases over a variety of age ranges and issues (including, but not limited to) anxiety, depression, parenting/family/workplace/social stress, and self-esteem issues.
