Hello, I'm Sara! As a Westfield State Social Work graduate, I take a whole person approach to therapy focusing on building skills and human connection. I'm currently working with adults and couples and have previously worked with children and families. I support clients through life transitions, adjustment disorder, relational issues, as well as anxiety. Collaboratively we can identify what optimal functioning looks like and how we can move towards that during our time together.
