Having experienced firsthand both the transformative power of helpful therapeutic relationships and the discouraging letdown of unhelpful ones, I hold my clients’ trust in me as sacrosanct. I draw on a strengths-based perspective to help you marshal your inner resources as well as my teaching background to guide you when habitual patterns of thinking or behavior are caught blocking the way to a more fulfilling life.
