It is my perception, based on experience and self-reflection, that all people could potentially benefit from therapy. It is important to learn to embrace the positive and negative experiences that we acquire throughout our lives and work to determine how they have shaped us as people. Some experiences are positive and some are negative, but all experiences have played a pivotal role in who we become and how we connect with others. My goal is to help guide clients to reveal and process their life experiences and to provide a safe space for people to better understand themselves.
