Hi! My name is Sarafina (she/her). I work with teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm, major life transitions, and relational challenges. My approach to therapy is person-centered and wellness-focused. Many of my clients are motivated and capable individuals who appear to be managing well on the outside, yet carry a "heavy load" internally.
