We can have difficulties navigating through life after experiencing a traumatic event. At times, we can feel numb, anxious, depressed or unable to regulate our emotions. For parents, it can be overwhelming for children dealing with behavioral issues and/or emotional problems. You are not alone! Here at Helping Hands, clients experience trauma healing through the word of God. I guide my clients by unpacking the cores of their trauma including generational cycles and spiritual issues. During this process, I empower my clients to receive healing through Christ Jesus.
