Hi, my name is Sarah Adams, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based on the Big Island of Hawaii and serving clients statewide via telehealth. I help clients aged 14 and up navigate a variety of life challenges. I use a client-centered, strength-based approach to best tailor our collaborative efforts to work for you. I lean toward CBT because our thoughts and our behaviors are the things that are under our control to change.
