Sarah Aladhamy is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2022. She received a Bachelor's degree from CUNY College of Staten Island in Psychology. She then received her Master's degree from Monmouth University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Sarah's approach is being open, honest, empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental. Developing rapport and building therapeutic alliances is very important in the therapeutic relationship. Additionally, authenticity is essential when working with clients of any age range.
