Accepting new clients! I'm passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based care to support neurodivergent adults and teens to become their favorite selves. I love helping people better discover and rediscover joy in their daily occupations using a Lifestyle Redesign - informed approach. I provide neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapy for ADHD and autistic adults & teens, focusing on sensory processing, executive functioning support, and meaningful participation. If you're a neurodivergent human who wants to have more space for what matters most, I'm ready to support you on that path. In occupational therapy with my neurodivergent clients, I love promoting interoceptive awareness, effective adaptations, executive functioning support, and occupational flourishing using a variety of strategies and resources.
