About

I work well with child and adolescent clients who have Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and behavior struggles. I will help them gain positive behavior skills, emotional regulation strategies, and learn how to express themselves effectively. When I work with families, we start by learning accessible and effective communication skills, and coping skills to co-reggulate, then apply those skills to help solve any emotional, social, or behavioral issues. When I work with young adults, I enjoy helping them grow in their career and life goals, social interactions, college-life balance, self-esteem, and management of anxiety.
