My goal is to assist clients in making desired changes in their lives to create the difference that leads to lasting happiness, internal peace, and acceptance. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist, a licensed mental health counselor and founder of Change By Choice LLC., a 100% Telehealth practice. I work with those 12+ and offer counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. I utilize a variety of styles and interventions to meet client's needs and tailor my work to the individual and their presenting issues. I enjoy working with clients who are invested in themselves and motivated to make positive changes.
