I work with children, families, and adults using a blend of therapeutic approaches to best meet individual needs. I have a client centered and strength based perspective which means I believe, as the client, YOU are the expert. I will help you develop goals and then tailor my interventions based on your needs and using your strengths to help you succeed. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment while supporting and listening to you. It is my genuine desire to help my clients learn to help themselves so they can move forward with their lives.
