Creativity and play are valuable tools for exploring our emotions and giving insight into current struggles. Children face numerous challenges as they undergo development, including family transitions, difficulty focusing, emotional regulation, and creating meaningful relationships. I am passionate about helping children feel seen, heard, and known. I am here to come alongside the child and offer a space where they can express what they are going through, through play, sand tray, and artistic expression. If your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, and emotional regulation, I am here for you and them.
