I have worked for over 20 years as a psychotherapist. I hold a doctorate in counseling psychology and use evidenced based practices in a flexible, individualized manner, tailoring treatment methods to each person's strengths to work towards change. In my practice I work to develop a collaborative relationship with each individual I see. I have worked in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as college counseling centers, and have extensive experience working with addictions, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders. I am an IFS level I trained therapist.
