I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and disconnection from themselves or others. My goal is to create a grounded, compassionate space where you feel supported in making meaningful changes. My approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each individual. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we’ll slow down, explore what’s been feeling heavy or unclear, and identify what feels most important to you. Curiosity, warmth, and deep respect guide every step of our work.
