Hi there! I work in-person near Grand Army Plaza in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn and have open availability on Wednesdays as of January 2026. I work with people who keep falling into the same patterns, struggle with emotions that feel out of control, or are figuring out their identity, sexuality, or relationships. My approach is warm, direct, and empathic. I use humor when it helps and won't shy away from challenging material. I believe therapy works best when we create a genuine connection, which creates space to explore difficult topics without judgment.
