Young adults and their relationships and mental health within their families, romantic relationships, work/school and social circles are my clinical specialty. We'll explore and implement skills regulate mood, address stress in relationships, manage transitions, resolve shame, process and resolve trauma. While working to identify solutions for current challenges my clients also gain insight into the psychological impact of past and empower them to learn new skills. I offer psychotherapy to explore and/or manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, sexual difficulties, OCD, identity (privilege and discrimination) and more.
