I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals suffering from substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and various other challenges that life can often present us with. While my training includes many therapeutic approaches informed by research, I see therapy most of all as a process that unfolds with building a genuine relationship. I believe each individual has a deeper wisdom within themselves. Therapy can be a way to tap into one's personal wisdom, strength, and healing. My approach is warm, inviting, and collaborative.
