Young or old, married or single, we all have experiences of family that help us understand who we are, make choices about who we will be, and find direction in life. My expertise is helping equip others with healthy relational skills, easing pain points, and collaboratively navigating changing circumstances that challenge intimate and familial relationships throughout a lifetime in order to support physical and mental wellbeing.
