My focus is on supporting children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with mental health issues as well as those going through life transitions. I am familiar with the challenges that students face, both socially and academically. I enjoy helping those who would like to work through their challenges with ADHD, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relationship issues and mood disorders.
