I'm passionate about helping clients recognize and break unhealthy patterns in their lives, particularly involving close relationships. I work with individuals and couples on cultivating more understanding and compassion for self and others, and on more caring and effective navigation of relationship conflicts. I support clients in advocating for their own needs, desires and boundaries in relationships, and on better understanding the perspectives and needs of others. I welcomed a child at the height of Covid-19 (2020), and I enjoy working with new parents on maintaining self-care and personal fulfillment while parenting young kids.
