I will help clients begin to heal and feel better about themselves. I offer cognitive restructuring, trauma informed therapy, dialectical behavioral skill building with mindfulness, and motivational interviewing for positive change. I will help identify personal values/worth and assist in using a skill set which can meet life's challenges with confidence. We all need help from time-to-time in a confidential space to breathe, debrief and PAUSE.
