I’m no stranger to counseling myself and I understand that it can be a difficult process to begin. Human beings have complex experiences and complex emotions. Sometimes, that is a hard thing to explain and explore with a new person. I like to fill my sessions with kindness, compassion, and a lot of humor to make the process a little easier to navigate. You will find that I can be direct at times, but I also love to celebrate the everyday victories you achieve throughout our time together.
