I see the client as the expert of their own world, and together we can lean in to your personal strengths and past experiences to identify your goals, expand your personal awareness and understanding, and learn strategies and skills to respond more effectively to life stressors and challenges. I have experience working with clients to address anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, communication challenges, difficulty setting and/or maintaining boundaries, and much more.
