Just like the Lotus flower, I feel that we all have the potential and power to grow from the most adverse experiences into something beautiful and resilient. I have a personable, holistic, approach and want to meet you where you are at during each session. I believe that establishing a rapport is the primary goal of counseling. Without connection little work can be done. We have the ability to grow from our vulnerabilities and form them into strengths. I provide a safe and thoughtful atmosphere; where we can explore and process such vulnerabilities and work towards empowerment.
