Hello and Welcome. I bring to my practice a curiosity about who you are including what gives your life meaning and what are your sources of pain. I see myself as a partner in your journey towards wellness and living the life that you want to lead. As a therapist I particularly enjoy working with people who are contemplating behavior change, considering courageous life transitions, and supporting my clients in cultivating healthy relationships and setting compassionate boundaries.
