Discovering and embracing who we are can feel difficult to do alone as we practice shedding old narratives that no longer support us in where we’re moving forward. I love bringing in the power of art, nature, and community-building to support you in this process. Listening to our curiosity, interests, ideas, and feelings can often be that next step in living a more fulfilling life. I’m so glad you are following that and found yourself here if you are craving a greater sense of overall connection as we create space for all parts of you—emotionally, socially, spiritually, physically, etc! Through working together, I hope to find a combination of meaningful practices both within our sessions together so you may continue them far beyond your work in therapy.
