The most healing aspect of therapy is the unique relationship between a therapist and client. Unconditional regard and warm compassion are two pillars of my practice that I will always stand by. I believe in change, and that people can create the life they want. My job is to be a gentle guide and witness to this transformation by asking the right questions and by providing the right tools. I look at the mind, body, and spirit as parts of self that profoundly affect one another. My goal is to help people connect the dots as they explore dysfunctional ways of thinking, eating, relating, and behaving.
