I specialize in working with elementary aged children, young adults, college students, women and mothers who are experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief & loss, depression, relationship conflicts and difficulties with navigating strained family dynamics. By fostering a safe, nurturing environment I help my clients learn new ways of coping with obstacles they are facing in order to create a more fulfilling and healthy life. My goal is to help clients feel their best and understand new ways to navigate their lives by bringing compassion, humor and my down to earth nature to every interaction
