Life doesn't come with a manual so support and guidance are essential for anyone who wants to thrive. Maybe you feel like you've been given advice in the past that just doesn't work. My job isn't to tell you where to go, but to give you effective tools to help you get there. Over the past 15 years I have developed a specialization in working with anxiety disorders, trauma and grief. My therapeutic approach is largely based on ACT, an action-oriented approach to psychotherapy that focuses on ways to manage difficult feelings and move forward in life. I am trained in several trauma therapies, including EMDR.
