Being human can be hard. I believe that as we become more present with that and one another, it can become less challenging. Through a non-judgmental, anti-oppressive, soul-affirming lens, I’d love to support you in finding creative ways to move towards a greater sense of ease. I see the therapeutic container as a space to reclaim parts of ourselves in order to live a life with more fullness, joy, purpose, clarity, and hope. It is an opportunity to be seen, heard, held, and gently guided into internal landscapes that may be difficult to access on your own. It is also a place to gather new tools for navigating life. My approach is grounded in a sense of curiosity and connection. I am inspired by Brainspotting, expressive arts, IFS/parts-work, attachment theory, neuroscience/polyvagal theory, mindfulness, altered-state integration, the neurodiversity movement, queer theory, ecopsychology, body-based and transpersonal approaches.
