It has been wisely said that we are wounded in relationship AND we heal in relationship. This therapeutic relationship is an invitation for you to safely engage your internal experience and connect with what you most need or want for yourself. Out of our wounding, we develop patterns that emerge to help us navigate our environments. These patterns can also keep us from being fully present to our lives, leaving us feeling stuck, exhausted, anxious, ashamed, depressed, and lonely. My approach to therapy is led by kindness and curious exploration, supporting you as the client to identify the genuine longings under these patterns.
