Hi my name is Sarah. My approach to therapy is client centered and collaborative and acknowledges that each individual is fundamentally the expert on their own lived experience. I welcome a broad spectrum of clients including individuals, couples and youth. I have experience working with children, caregivers, teens, LGBTQ, folks with varying disabilities and individuals managing depression and anxiety. I especially welcome those called to social justice and liberation work and see the importance of examining the systems that impact a person’s well-being. I also have a special interest in working with parents of young children.
