Often people come into my office wondering how and when things will get better, whether it is a parent bringing in their child they are not sure how to help after a traumatic event, or an individual just wondering how they will make it into next week. I believe in working with people through their crisis and into living fuller, healthier lives. This can look like individual sessions or even integration of family systems depending on the needs of each client.
