Through my work in various roles, I am committed to supporting the Korean community through my cultural/language competence, as well as my specialty, particularly with Korean-speaking clients. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges, whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or a general sense of being stuck. My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed by their emotions or trapped in patterns that no longer serve them. They want to feel empowered, to develop healthier coping mechanisms, and to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
