Welcome, you've taken the first step in taking care of your mental health, and I'm glad you're here. I love to work with people who are curious about themselves; who are motivated to grow and change, and who are brave enough to start getting vulnerable. Be you an individual or a couple, I work with people less from a diagnostic lens and more from an educational one; together we will learn what stops you from leading the life you want, and what patterns keep you stuck in discomfort. We will talk about ways of welcoming and engaging in the feelings we want to run from. My goal is to help cross those hurdles with you and watch you soar
