I am a (LLP) Limited Licensed Psychologist providing counseling services in both English and Korean languages. I use psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral, and emotion-focused approaches with adults and couples. I help clients dealing with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism, trauma related issues, intercultural marriages, and more. I work with my clients to detangle their lives, turn chaos into order, find peace in the midst of emotional crisis, learn to cope with stressors, and find a greater sense of identity and connectedness.
